About ExactScore AI

What we do

ExactScore AI publishes free AI football predictions before kickoff: one exact scoreline, the players most likely to score and a short explanation of the reasoning. After the final whistle each call is graded against the real result — outcome (1X2), exact score and tipped goalscorers — and the running accuracy on the homepage is recomputed from those graded calls. Nothing is deleted after a miss and nothing is re-scored in hindsight.

The project started on 29 June 2026 during the FIFA World Cup 2026. League football (Serie A, Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and the Champions League) is added as soon as there are fixtures to call.

How the predictions are made

Every prediction is written by a large language model (Claude, by Anthropic) that reviews recent form, injuries and suspensions, probable line-ups and what the match means for both sides. Knockout ties are read differently from dead-rubber group games: when a tie is a genuine coin-flip the model is allowed to back a draw, and clear favourites are rarely tipped to win by a landslide.

If new information arrives before kickoff (a late injury, a confirmed line-up) the call can be revised. Every revision is kept in the match history with the date and the reason, so readers can see what changed and when.

Who is behind it

ExactScore AI is an independent project built and run by Simone Ruggiero, a software developer based in Naples, Italy. It is not affiliated with any bookmaker, club, league or governing body, and it does not earn commissions from betting operators.
