Goal / No goal is now an alternative to the scoreline, not an addition to it. Every match carries a single call: either the exact score, with the 1X2 that follows from it and the tipped goalscorers, or a Goal / No goal pick — never both.
Two calls on the same match make a record easy to dress up: a missed scoreline hides behind a Goal that landed. With one call, each match is a single verdict, and each rate is read against the calls made in that market and nothing else.
The exact score stays the default. Goal / No goal is picked when the scoreline is a lottery but whether both sides score is not, and the reasoning says which market was chosen and why.

New: Goal / No goal calls on every match
From today every new prediction also says whether both teams will score (Goal) or at least one side will draw a blank (No goal), next to the exact score and the tipped goalscorers.
It is a call of its own, not a copy of the scoreline. A 1–0 can be the single most likely result while both sides scoring is still the better bet, so the two can disagree, and the reasoning explains why.
Like everything else, it is published before kickoff and graded after the final whistle. The Goal / No goal hit rate sits next to the other rates, read against a 50% line, because both teams score in about half of top-flight matches. Calls made before today have no Goal / No goal pick and are not counted.
